異常症狀簡介 / Symptom overview

冷氣不冷不一定是冷媒不足，也可能與設定、濾網或熱交換器髒污、風量、室外機散熱、感測器、風扇、冷媒系統或壓縮機有關。洗刷刷會先確認運轉模式與氣流，再依需要量測進出風溫差、電流及系統狀態；只有確認為髒污阻塞時，才建議以清洗改善。

Poor cooling does not automatically mean low refrigerant. Settings, dirty filters or heat exchangers, weak airflow, outdoor-unit heat rejection, sensors, fans, the refrigerant system or the compressor may all be involved. We check operating mode and airflow first, then measure air-temperature difference, current and system condition as needed. Cleaning is recommended only when dirt or blockage is confirmed.
