有風但不冷Airflow but no cooling

風量明顯變小Noticeably weak airflow

常見檢查順序是濾網、蒸發器、風鼓、出回風路徑，再評估風扇馬達與控制問題。清潔與維修的處置不同，需依現場結果決定。Check the filter, evaporator, blower wheel and air path before evaluating the fan motor and controls. Cleaning and repair require different actions.

室內機滴水Indoor unit dripping

確認排水是否受阻、集水盤狀態、安裝坡度、管路保溫，以及是否因氣流或冷媒異常造成結冰後融水。Inspect drainage, the drain pan, installation slope, pipe insulation and possible ice caused by airflow or refrigerant-system problems.

異音、焦味或跳電Noise, burning smell or breaker trips

焦味、異常發熱、反覆跳電或劇烈震動不是一般清洗問題。應停止使用，避免反覆重啟，交由專業人員檢查電氣與轉動部件。Stop using the unit. Do not repeatedly restart it; electrical and moving components require professional inspection.

結冰或銅管結霜Ice or frost on piping

停止冷房並讓冰自然融化。濾網或氣流阻塞、風扇異常、感測器或冷媒系統都可能造成結冰，不應直接敲冰或只補冷媒。Stop cooling and let ice melt naturally. Airflow, fan, sensor or refrigerant-system issues may be involved; do not chip away ice or simply add refrigerant.

開機有霉味或酸味Musty or sour odor

先區分室內環境氣味、排水回味與機內潮濕髒污。濾網清潔後仍持續，才評估蒸發器、風鼓與集水盤的深層清潔。Distinguish room odors, drain odors and internal moisture or dirt. If odor persists after filter cleaning, inspect the evaporator, blower and drain pan.

安全的初步確認Safe initial checks

  • 遙控器是否為冷房模式，設定溫度是否低於室溫。Confirm cooling mode and a setpoint below room temperature.
  • 濾網是否明顯積塵，出風口與室外機周圍是否被遮擋。Check for dirty filters or blocked indoor and outdoor airflow.
  • 記錄故障碼、異音出現時間、漏水位置及結冰位置。Record error codes, noise timing, leak location and ice location.
  • 清潔濾網前先關機，並依機型說明書操作與充分晾乾。Switch off first; follow the manual and dry filters fully.

不要自行處理Do not DIY

  • 不要拆開電控盒、測試帶電端子或反覆復歸跳脫的斷路器。Do not open electrical boxes, test live terminals or repeatedly reset a tripping breaker.
  • 不要直接敲除結冰，也不要在未查漏前要求只補冷媒。Do not chip away ice or request refrigerant without leak diagnosis.
  • 不要把鐵絲深入排水盤或管路，以免刺破零件。Do not push wire into drain pans or pipes.

冷氣不冷一定是缺冷媒嗎？Does poor cooling always mean low refrigerant?

不一定。操作模式、設定溫度、濾網或氣流阻塞、室外機散熱、感測器、風扇、冷媒系統與壓縮機都可能影響冷房。應先完成運轉與氣流檢查，再依量測結果判斷；若確認冷媒不足，也應進一步查找洩漏原因。No. Mode and temperature settings, airflow restrictions, outdoor heat rejection, sensors, fans, the refrigerant system and the compressor can all affect cooling.
